Good Morning Dr. Thank you very much for your mail. Last week was my first week without any bruising or shells. My brows looked absolutely gorgeous all week. Absolutely in love with them. They were PERFECT. Everything I expected and more. Regarding the incision on the back of my head, the plastic surgeon who took out the stitches, told me that the scar is healing perfectly and looking great. I have some itching, in both head scar and eyebrows, but absolutely no more pain. I also wanted to ask you, if it would be convenient to start using any eyebrow hair growth product . For exaple "Latisse" or other you may suggest. With best regards,

Thank you for following up. I must say that I absolutely LOVE my eyebrows! Dr. Epstein is amazing! A couple of my friends and family have asked for the office number. The only minor (not complaining) dilemma, is that I need to learn how to cut/trim them. They can grow a bit out of control. I assume we will go over that during an in person follow up.

I'm safely ensconced in my hotel again so just wanted to say thanks again for taking such good care of me, and for such perfectionism today! I am so grateful to you, Elsa and Jackie for your attention and kindness.

I feel a little bad because I think I was a little stunned into silence on/after "the big reveal"...to be honest it was just all of a sudden quite overwhelming after all this time of feeling so bad about my face! Plus I think tiredness after travel etc finally caught up with me. But I am incredibly happy with the result and so very grateful to you all for your expertise, advice and support.

If you could show this email to your colleagues I'd be really grateful. And, as I said, just to emphasise too that the help and attention from Dan beforehand was fantastic and so reassuring.

Dear Doc Epstein,

This note is long overdue as I have been meaning to thank you for an amazing experience during my eyebrow procedure. The shape of my new eyebrows that you advised me on is fantastic and has completely changed the frame of my face - which is testament to your skill and artistry. For many years I was so conscious of my short thin eyebrows. I am so glad that I plucked up the courage (which as Dan knows took a few years!) to finally have the procedure which has now given me new confidence and self-esteem. My only regret is that I didn’t have it done sooner!

A big thank you also to your amazing team who were so nice, patient and friendly, and made me feel so at ease during the entire procedure and process. They remained with me until the end of the day and even escorted me outside to the taxi afterwards. They are a credit to you.

My daughter, Alison , had brow and yelash replacement procedure done on February 11th, 2016.

I want to reiterate how happy we were with the care given from Dr. Epstein and the entire staff. If she would need any other procedures we would happily return to him. We would rate him an 11 out of 10. Obviously, we would highly recommend him.

You have a true gift and your staff is exemplary. Rachel told me how your assistants held her hands and got in close to her and stroked her arm and I about cried I was so happy that she felt so safe. She said it was like I was there with her. What more could a mother ask for?! She is once again beautiful outside with NO make-up, which helps keeps her loving herself and equally beautiful on the inside.

I just found out my roommate had her eyebrows done with Dr. Epstein! They looked so natural I had absolutely no idea until she told me. I am
hoping to book a consultation in September in New York since she loves her eyebrows and has spoken about them in great detail. Would it be possible to schedule?

I am Maya, I had a procedure on my eyebrows on January of 2014, and I am extremely happy with the results and the way everyone treated me at your office. Therefore, I would love to get the opinion of Dr Jeffrey for couple of procedures that I want and the appraisal for them.

I would love to retouch my eyebrows (looks like it is just a little bit). On the other hand, I would love to get my eyelashes, and I would love to see if am a good candidate for a half face lift? I think I am, but the Dr will have the last word. Also I have little bags in my upper and lower eyelid; they are more noticeable in the morning and when I eat sodium.

I am attaching some pictures, please let me know if they work for the evaluation.
