You changed my life completely. After suffering from trichotillomania for 42 years, I was finally able to address the psychological/emotional issues with a good therapist. However, I was still left with almost no brows. The years of plucking had reduced the growth to a few sparse brown and white hairs. Even with permanent makeup, I felt “bald” and was extremely self-conscious about my face. For years, I avoided close contact with others, swimming pools (the makeup I had to wear in addition to the permanent brows would often wash off), and other ordinary pleasurable activities.

I was both excited and scared of the surgery. I knew there was a chance I would start pulling them again. I also knew they would all fall out 2 weeks post-op and I would have to wait months to see the permanent results.

With therapy, encouragement from friends and determination to finally put this insidious habit behind me, I waited anxiously. In early December, I started seeing the growth. Now, in mid-January, 2016 (4 months post-op), the brows have grown in beautifully and full! It changes the entire look of my face and I am so much happier.

You are an expert in your field, not only medically but aesthetically. You shaped them perfectly and naturally and I could not be more pleased. You have my deepest respect and thanks for your professionalism, your kindness through the whole process, and your expertise.

Home safe and sound now. I am gutted I wasn't able to see you and everyone else before I came home. I hadn't realised it was thanksgiving before I came out to USA.

I wanted to say a massive thankyou to you, Dr Epstein and the whole of the team. It was lovely meeting you all. My experience really was very pleasant and the eyebrows are looking great so far.

Thank you. Just to clarify - I did not have the original transplant at your patience (although now I wish I would have). I had the procedure done in Chicago so I was just curious about the revision process since I am very unhappy with the results from this other doctor.

Thanks very much for giving up your time on a weekend to inquire about me, much appreciated.

Everything is fine thank you, and I am following the post-op instructions to the letter. I had no pain or discomfort and the mild post-op swelling is going down quickly just leaving some bruising on top of my eyes. I also had a pretty good night's sleep (despite the jet lag!). In the meantime, I am resting up in the hotel which I am enjoying until Tuesday evening before flying back.

My eyebrows look amazing, perhaps slightly wider than I had expected but I am sure they will look fantastic. The shape is really great, just what I wanted and thank you so much for your skill and artistry. When I look in the mirror, I can hardly believe it is me! ☺. Thanks also to your team who were so nice, patient and understanding. They even escorted me outside to the taxi afterwards.

Hope all has been well! My eyebrows look fantastic and I have the best kept secret in town. The procedure in February has resulted in great growth starting last month. I am very pleased.

I am interested in starting to look for a plastic surgeon that does Brazilian butt lifts. Does your team recommend anyone in particular? I wish Dr.Epstein did everything!!

Just a quick update to say first: that you are an artistic *genius*! I absolutely ADORE the results of the surgery so far, you truly have done a stellar job on me: thank you :)

Secondly, alas, the hairs have already begun to fall out. Now, am I to expect *all* the hairs to fall out? Also, regarding the ultimate regrowth: am I to expect them to be fully regrown by 3-4 months, or is this when they first start showing up again? Because to my knowledge full results can be seen at 10 months.
