Hi Dr. Epstein!

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank you and the staff in Miami for helping me achieve my goals. I flew into Miami the day before my procedure and frankly didn't get much sleep that night. I was obviously a little nervous and apprehensive about getting a facial hair procedure (Who wouldn't be?). Nevertheless, I felt calm the minute I walked into the clinic. The staff were very nice and accommodating while I filled out the necessary paperwork. Shortly after, Dr. Epstein walked in and I was able to explain to him exactly what I wanted. The procedure itself lasted about 6 hours with a small lunch break in the middle - a very tasty a la carte meal. My wife was there with me during lunch break and we were able to discuss the progress made. I thought this was a great idea because I could then tell Dr. Epstein what exactly I wanted in terms of finishing touches! In the end, I was very impressed with the results - they were much better than expected. Both the shape and density achieved looked better than I ever imagined. Today is day 5 after my procedure. The scabs are completely gone, just a little redness visible, and I feel great about deciding to go ahead with this procedure. I will definitely recommend Dr. Epstein in the future. I will be sending photos very soon!

First of all I really have to say a huge thank you to Dr. Epstein. This has been my dream for years and although the results are still not perfect yet, I wake up every morning and rush to look at myself in the mirror - I feel like a new person!

I was really nervous before the procedure and on top of that I was afraid that I would feel so ashamed and uncomfortable having people working on my eyebrows which have been such a sore topic for me all these years. I have to say that from the second I met you I felt comfortable and I honestly didn't feel even an ounce of embarrassment or shame. The same goes to all your staff. They all treated me with such dignity, respect and care and of course I had a great time too :)

I wanted to just give some feedback on the procedure. All in all it was a great experience. I actually found it fascinating and I have lots of great pictures of the piece of my head you pulled out, the staff dissecting my hairs and more (my mom was pretty grossed out). I feel like the only thing that made the experience more stressful was the valium ( I think that's the pill they gave me).

Hi Ed thank you for the followup. everything went great. dr Epstein has an amazing staff. the girls were great! i can only remember cynthia by name but they all were great. danny was the most helpful for me of all he really went out of his way to make sure everything was as smooth and painless for me as possible. so if you could let dr e. know that would be great. the hurricane was pretty awful up here but im doing ok up here and im recovering just fine so far! thank you again for everything! im glad i chose dr Epstein as my doctor!

I hope all is well. I wanted to just send a quick note to let you know how pleased I am with the results of my eyebrow restoration. It's been about 6 months (my procedure was in April), and the growth has exceeded my expectations.

I know Dr. Epstein mentioned having a follow up consultation around this time just to see how everything was progressing, so I wanted to find out the dates that he would be in New York over the next few months to see if I could schedule a quick time to meet with him.

Thanks again for all of your help in setting up the procedure and answering my questions beforehand. It was a nerve racking decision, but I'm definitely glad I went through with it.

Just wanted to send this note, to thank you, Dr. Epstein and the staff for the wonderful experience during my procedure last week.

I had been thinking of doing my hair restoration for years, and due to my financial situation, it took me a bit longer than anticipated. But I think everything happens for a reason, which was to gather the best of your staff to take care of me. I couldn’t have been luckier, than to spend the day with the most caring group of people, which made me feel right at home. I was a bit nervous on the day of the procedure, but very excited. I remember some of the names, like Danny (nurse) who was awesome, he’s the nicest person and very loving and caring. Then, Carele, who applied my anesthesia, so nice and patient. Then Elsie, who helped Dr. Epstein, implant the hair. We talked for hours, literally, and she was so gentle and sweet. Really admire her drive and passion doing this, being so young. Susie, who I’ve talked to several times on the phone and has been very informative. There were so many others, which unfortunately, I can’t remember their names, like the ladies who were cutting the hairs and working in the same room as I was. Even the out of town doctors that were visiting that day, were pleasant, a couple of them stopped by and we talked for a bit. And of course you, who have been so patient and understanding throughout the years, but never gave up, because you knew I really wanted to do this. Also, Dr. Epstein who is a very gentle and patient doctor, he takes his time and doesn’t rush you and has a great “bedside manner”.

I had heard great comments from my friend, who is also a patient of Dr. Epstein, about your staff. But luckily, I had the opportunity to experience it myself, and it was awesome. I will definitely recommend my friends and family, because I know they’ll be as pleased as I am.

Now, I have to be patient to see the results, which I’m sure are going to be great. My experience was so pleasant and the staff so caring, that I feel my results will be a reflection of their hard work and love.

I am doing well and pretty much have completely healed. Some hairs fell out once I was able to start washing my eyebrows.
Overall I am pleased with how it all went and was very pleased with the friendliness and caring nature of the staff at the surgery.
