Hi Dr. Epstein,

Just wanted to update you on progress. I can’t get over how great it looks. Even with the stitches still in, my head looks amazing. No discoloration, no pain at all even from day one, and best of all, the wrinkles in my forehead and my worry lines are gone (almost). I have a feelingthat they will come back but for now, I’m going with it!! Seeing Dr. Sherris’ nurse on Tuesday to have stitches removed. Can’t wait.

I really want to thank you and your incredible staff for everything! Everyone was so compassionate, efficient, and so capable! You made me feel relaxed and comfortable during a very stressful time and I appreciate it greatly. I know I made the right choice with your expertise!

Since this was my first surgery, I was “incredibly” paranoid that the results would not meet my expectations. I took a good look in the mirror tonight, after finally cleaning up, and I am very happy with the results. I understand that I will see even more improvement over the next few days, but I wanted you to know that I am walking away a happy customer. I know you are very passionate about your craft, especially after I watched my trachea shave on You Tube.

Just wanted to say outstanding job to you, and your team Dr. Epstein. I look forward to seeing your work evolve in the transgendered community. :)

Good to hear from you, the procedure went well, and I am feeling blessed.I am really glad I found you guys, I like my look so much more then I did before, you guys did a really good job, and thank you so much for all your help throughout this process it is much appreciated. The absorbable stitches are still in I was just wondering how long they are going to be in for? hope all is well.

My eyebrows are actually almost fully in. My left one is shaping better than my right one though, but I am trying to gel it so it grows like the left one. Ive attached pictures of my eyebrows. The first one is my left brow and the second is my right. In general though I am extremely happy with the results and it has made my life that much easier!

Ed – Appreciate the follow up. I am very happy with results. The surgery, post surgery etc was as you & Dr. Epstein described. I appreciate the realistic expectations you both set at the outset & delivered exactly on what was promised. Hair is growing normally and fully in previously thin areas.

The procedure went very well indeed, from my point of view. Thank you. It was stress and pain free. Everyone was very kind. The scar at the back of my head probably caused the most discomfort. By the time the scabs on my eyebrows disappeared the hairs had begun to fall out so I couldn’t really tell how the brows are going to look, but I am sure they’ll look great. They have to be a big improvement on what was there before!

I am feeling great as I have done from day one.

Once the brows grow back I will send you some photos. I am very grateful to you all for your care and consideration and for the expert job done.
