Hi Dr! Day one is in the books and day two is beginning just great! I can’t thank you all enough for everything you’ve done to get my self-esteem back. Having had Brooke Shields eyebrows my whole life only to ruin them with confounding trichotillomania was shattering Having found you was truly life-changing. I cannot thank you enough again for your professionalism and your kindness and the staff you have self painstakingly chosen to represent you. Roxy is one of my favorite people on earth. She’s a true friend after the last year and a half! She is simply magic! The best of the best, as are you! Thank you again… Everything you have done for me is so appreciated.

I have had quite a few procedures with Dr Epstein, 2x brow procedures (2015, 2017 and 2018) and x1 hair transplant (2018). I had really great results and I cannot recommend the Dr highly enough.

Dr Epstein, I just wanted to take a quick moment to thank you for taking the time to talk things over by webcam with me yesterday. It was great to finally get to reconnect for a bit—I’d been looking forward to our call for a while. I know it was most likely at the end of a long day for you, so again, I appreciate you being there with me and for offering me your expertise. It’s pretty cool that there’s a possibility that I’ll get to work with you again after almost 10 years since my first operation with you. Especially given the amount of time you’ve been doing this and the many people you’ve helped, I hope you’re able to sometimes reflect on the awesome influence you are having on people’s lives. Not only are you doing stellar work given your craft, but you’re doing it in a way that is seemingly full of integrity and meaningful for those involved.
