Hello from VA! Wow that was quite the experience. Not only do I NOT regret making the decision to get it done but I also enjoyed meeting Dr. Epstein and his team and truly appreciate the high level of professionalism you all demonstrated that day. You cannot possibly understand the impact this will eventually have on my life. Many many years of trichotillomania controlling my life then later the results of it controlling my life. When I FINALLY made the decision to take back control, Dr. Epstein and his team were who I chose. So thank you.

I drafted many replies regarding my experience with Dr. Epstein from my hair/eyebrow transplant last January 2019. I could never quite come up with the right words. I was so impressed with Dr. Epstein and all the staff that I wanted the email to be just right. I previously had 2 botched eyebrow transplants and was so emotionally scarred from that, never mind being emotionally scarred from hair loss! I travelled to Florida by myself taking what I thought was a big risk and I am so glad I did. I can’t thank Dr. Epstein and his entire stuff enough. To have my sanity back and self esteem back is worth any money I could have spent.

Peter and I are doing great and we are both healing nicely. Peters' hairline also looks amazing and is already growing in a lot. We will send pictures once more growth is visible. Hope all is well.

Thank you so much, Dr. Epstein! My forehead and both eyebrows look amazing thanks to your gifted hands! I truly appreciate all you and your staff have done for me. You have all been so sweet and responsive and I couldn’t of asked for a better doctor! I hope you have a happy thanksgiving! I will be referring everyone I know and I myself may have to return for work in the future. For now I am very satisfied and truly thankful.

Yesterday I was a little bit "out" after the procedure and felt [like] i didnt thank you enough.
So I wanted to say thank you again, and I'm so glad I followed my intuition and chose you to take care of me.
I felt very safe and that you really care for me and I think that is the first important thing in being a doctor and a human being :)
So thank you again from the bottom of my heart. I was looking for you before I left yesterday to give you a big hug but couldnt find you, so i'm sending one now.
